6. Alcohol
Taking alcohol is good, but too much alcohol intake is where the problem lies, especially if it has high sugar content. Alcohol hinders the function of vitamin A which helps in cell regeneration.
7. Preserved Meats
Its research has revealed that the chemicals, nitrate and nitrite, used for conserving meat is harmful; as it can result in cancer. Because these chemicals have free radicals which can result in cancer and premature ageing, so stay away from packaged meat like hotdogs, sausages, bacon, etc., and go for unprocessed or very little processed food to keep a young and healthy life.
